The Online Fight Club Fitness Challenge is an ongoing workout challenge delivered via our revolutionary mobile app, Fight Club Online.
Participants can choose from over 100 workouts designed by the founder and owner of Karma Fitness, Jess Lorenzo. Workouts include popular boxing fitness, strength training, speed & agility and fitness game drills designed and delivered by Jess at her Brisbane studio since 2013.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each participant will track their workouts via the app and will receive $1 in Karma Gear credit for every workout completed each month - that's up to $31 every month! Karma Gear is an Australian-owned streetwear label offering unique apparel designed to spread positivity and support for those living with mental health conditions. You can check it out here.
Permitted workouts are any workouts in the app, as well as any workouts completed anywhere else eg. gym workouts, going for a run/walk, sports, outdoor physical activities etc. This means that anyone, anywhere can take part!
Please note that Karma Gear credit earnings are capped at $1 per day (1 workout per day).
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost for taking part in the challenge is just $10 per week, via a recurring payment that can be cancelled at any time.
CAN I JOIN THE CHALLENGE AT ANY TIME?
Absolutely! Since the challenge is ongoing, you are welcome to join at any time (not just at the beginning of each month).
